Damian Walworth – Managing Director

Damian has been working in various areas of the construction industry for 14 years. His passion for the industry led him to create what is today a highly innovative company that is positioned in the market among the best of the best. He brings his vast experience and knowledge together to lead a team of highly qualified and dedicated staff. Sheree Raphael – Home Consultant

Sheree joined DW Homes after she experienced first hand the high level of service and quality product when she chose to build her home through DW Homes. Sheree has had 10 years in the customer service industry and is focused on working with our clients and making the whole process simple and easy. Her role is to take customers from the initial stages of planning a home all the way through to construction of your home. Having experienced it for herself first hand, Sheree welcomes the opportunity to meet with you at our show home to answer any questions you may have about the building process, and to discuss all your ideas you have for your home.

Nick Grogan – Architectural Designer (B. Arch & B. Cons)

Nick has obtained not only a Bachelor of Architecture but also a Bachelor of Construction Management. He has worked on over 40 projects whilst at DW Homes and consistently adds value to projects through his qualified experience and design input. Nicks dedication to capturing your every desire and creating your individually designed home leaves us all with a sense of pride, which is carried through the quality of your completed home.

Duan Mercer – Construction Manager

Duan has had 12 years of experience in the building industry. His focus is on managing suppliers and contractors throughout the construction process to provide the highest quality workmanship throughout the project, down to the last finishing touches. Jodi Walworth – Marketing and Administration Coordinator

Jodi has worked with DW Homes since its first year of operation. Working in various roles within the company from P.A. to home consultant; and now marketing and administration; she has worked on many different projects in this time and has a wide understanding of the industry and the company. John Paton - Show home Customer Service Representative

John joined the company to provide customer service to everyone visiting our Waiuku show home on Saturdays and Sundays. John's friendly and welcoming nature find him well received by all visitors to the show home.
