	10 year Master Build guarantee This Master Build guarantee protects your investment after the completed building process from structural defects up to $500,000. This gives you the complete peace of mind that your home will be only be build to the strictest building safety guidelines, standards and ethics. Nothing will be taken for granted, not even to the smallest bolt or nail used.
	12 Maintenance Free Policy We back our quality and finish with a further 12 month Maintenance Free policy after completion. We are so confident that you will be handed over the keys to a perfectly completed home. Nothing should require adjustments or touch ups. Every single DW Homes' home goes through a rigorous cleaning and inspection process.
