Step 1 : Consultation with our Home Consultant
Arrange for a friendly meeting with our Home Consultant. Bring your ideas, house plans, section information and any other available information that you would like to discuss.

Step 2 : Fixed Price Contract
Once you are happy with the final design, your choice of interior and exterior colours, fixtures and fittings we will provide you with a fixed price building contract to ensure that your interest and investment is protected. We also offer you a 10 year Master Build guarantee on your home.

Step 3 : Building your New Home
Once your building consent is approved, we will commence with laying the foundation and begin building your new home. It normally takes between 3 to 5 months to complete a house depending on the size and complexity of the house design.

Step 4 : New Home Handover
Your Home Consultant and Building Project Manager will be on site to welcome you and your family into your new home.
