The process of constructing your new home will be taken care by our building management team which consist of a dedicated Project Manager and a Building Site Contractor. Your appointed Project Manager will keep in constant contact with you to let you know of the progress of your new home.

You will also be provided with a website login to view online at any time the construction progress of your new home and at interval periods of the process you are also able to view progression photographs.

At various stages of the building process your Project Manager will walk you through the site but at any point of time if you wish to visit and view the on site progress, just contact your Project Manager. We understand that your home is one of the biggest investment that you will undertake, hence you are assured of our utmost care, respect and building ethics are extended to you.

10 year Master Build guarantee

This Master Build guarantee protects your investment after the completed building process from non completion to structural defects up to $500,000. This gives you the complete peace of mind that your home will be only be build to the strictest building safety guidelines, standards and ethics. Nothing will be taken for granted, not even to the smallest bolt or nail used.

Maintenance Free Policy

We back our quality and finish with a Maintenance Free policy on steel frames and timber frames after completion. We are so confident that you will be handed over the keys to a perfectly completed home. Nothing should require adjustments or touch ups.
