Our in house architectural design team will consult and work with you to design a home that reflects your style and suit your personality because we don't just build homes, we build dreams...

Our in house architectural team is internationally qualified and experienced to providing you with sound advice from every design perspective.

Step 1 : Free Consultation with our Architectural Designers
Arrange for a free consultation with our Architectural Designers. Bring your ideas, house plans, section information and any other available information that you would like to discuss with them. Our Architectural Designers will prepare and develop your designs with you. This service is free of charge.

Step 2 : Fixed Price Contract
Once you happy with the final design, your choice of interior and exterior colours, fixtures and fittings we will provide you with a fixed price building contract to ensure that your interest and investment is protected. We also offer you a 10 year Master Build guarantee on your home.

Step 3 : Building your New Home
Once your building consent is approved, we will commence with laying the foundation and begin building your new home. It normally takes between 3 to 5 months to complete a house depending on the size and complexity of the house design.

Step 4 : Stand Down and Inspection
Once your new home is completed, it will have a 2 week stand down period. This allows are a very thorough and rigorous inspection and cleaning process to ensure you will be handed over a perfectly completed house.

Step 5 : New Home Handover
Your Architectural Designer and Building Project Manager will be on site to welcome you and your family into your new home.
